Huntington's disease - symptoms and how to test

Huntington's disease is an illness that inhibits sections of the brain from operating correctly over time. It's handed down from one generation to the next because of Mom and Dad. It becomes steadily worse over time and is typically deadly after up to 20 years. Although anybody can get HD, it tends to run among persons of European heritage (having family members who emigrated from Europe). However, having a parent who has HD is the most crucial factor. A test to look for the genetic mutation that causes Huntington's disease can be used to diagnose the disorder or assess if you or your child will acquire it later in life.
